This post is really for my own reassurance in ME.
It's ok to take time for me.
It's ok to stop the day to day.
It's ok to miss something, if it allows me to breathe
It's ok to long for more
It's ok to think about me
It's ok to remember what I want "me" to be
It's ok to allow me to shine through
It's ok to walk, talk, think, shine, and even just "be" me
It's ok to not want the normal
It's ok to dream
It's ok to want
It's ok to do
It's ok to be truly ME.
